HCA Hospital is always my preferred London clinic, as logistics are always smooth, as well as doctors and staff exceptional at their roles

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.

Great. Staff professional and friendly.

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.
