Spotless clean, nothing was to much trouble, treated with dignity, all staff where friendly, helpful and patient from the surgeon,nurses,admin,porters,kitchen staff, cleaners

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

A little far to get to, struggled to find a consultant nearer to me which is a shame, also the system was down when I arrived, but it didn't stop from me seeing the consultant.
