Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.
