I found Mr Jarratt very thorough and helpful, he put my mind at rest, and explained in advance everything that was going to happen during the procedure. I felt very safe in his hands and had total faith in his ability to perform the operation. He came to see me before the operation in my room and again before I was discharged. Mr Grant was excellent, he looked at all options available to myself and explained exactly what was going to happen.
