I had been back and forth with the decision of undergoing breast reduction surgery for 10 years and I can confidently say I wish I had done it sooner. Ewa explained the procedure and managed my expectations well on what a realistic result could look like. My post op pain was at its worst during the first week after surgery, by week 3 I was relatively back to normal. 6 weeks in and it’s the best decision I have made, couldn’t recommend Ewa or the team at Spire more.

Speaking with Tai was great. She is calmly spoken but very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a very easy to understand manner.
