Wellington Hospital has one of the best facilities in London. The staff is friendly and efficient especially the nurses.

I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Under the guidance of their dedicated team, especially Andrea Taylor, I found the support, understanding, and tools necessary to navigate through the darkest depths of addiction. Andrea Taylor's patience, care, and wise words were truly the guiding light that led me out of the fire of addiction and self-destruction. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support provided me with the strength and courage to confront my demons and embark on the journey to recovery. The course itself is expertly crafted, offering a comprehensive blend of therapeutic techniques, practical strategies, and personalized support. From group therapy sessions to individual counseling, every aspect of the program is designed to empower individuals on their path to recovery. Thanks to All Points North and Andrea Taylor, I am now equipped with the tools and mindset to live a fulfilling, sober life. I am eternally grateful for their invaluable support and highly recommend their addiction course to anyone in need of guidance and healing.

Easy to find. Parking was easy on the weekend.

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

My stay at the priory was an incredibly positive one. It’s tough but the like skills gained are invaluable going forwards. The therapy team are incredibly strong, relatable and highly skilled. Every member of the staff from admissions and reception are incredibly helpful and the ward staff are simply amazing. I cannot speak too highly about the Priory staff. The food could have been a little better if I have one criticism.

I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. Each and every person has shown me such empathy and kindness. This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
