Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Had a good experience with Doctor Sadhia Khan who was able to clearly discuss a management plan for my migraines. Felt very reassured and hopeful for my recovery.

All the staff at Battersea and Nine Elms clinic are very helpful and professional.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”
