I can’t find anything negative in this hospital, the staff nurses, doctors, consultants, domestic staff members, cleaners, waitresses, everyone which contributed to my care, was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, supportive kind people. I can’t thanks enough for all the efforts was put for me, I appreciate all of you for your professionalism!!!!

My experience at the Cleveland Clinic was exemplary. There was nothing not to like. Every member of the team that I encountered; from porters , receptionists, booking in clerks, auxilliaries, nurses, doctors and surgeons were completely focused on my well being. The evironment and facilities were welcoming, clean and everything I could possibly require was available. Nothing was too much trouble 24/7. During my treatment at the clinic I managed to lose a pendant and my wedding ring on different occasions! Unbelievably both were found, only because the staff cared to listen and then went out of their way to search and find them. Amazing and truly exceeded all expectations.

First off, they made sure I understood everything about the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. That really helped calm my nerves. When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient.
