No issues - a professional

Really glad I decided to use post op home physio. I broke my ankle quite badly in October and was really struggling with strength and movement after some NHS physio. Ben really helped and I am so happy with the progress I made, I feel almost back to normal. He talked me through all the exercises well as well as adapting them to how I was feeling on the day. He also great guidance for ongoing self treatment now my sessions are complete - would strongly recommend.

PSM Bank is a friendly clinic - the staff are always attentive and the facilities are great.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

I was previously at Wapping but had to switch to Bermondsey as the physio, a female, left and I needed to carry on with a female, so they switched me to Bermondsey. I dont find the gym area at Bermondsey that great, it has a steep steps you need to walk down immediately on arrival. However, the room the physio, Martina, sees me in is fine and she is great.

My experience with Cultural Health Club Clinic has been an excellent one. My physio (Daniel) has a plethora of knowledge and is highly experienced. As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible. Securing an appointment was quick and easy, the staff at Cultural Health Club are friendly and flexible.

My experience with Bodyset has been very positive overall, the staff are so friendly, clinic is clean and nice, the mobile application has been very useful for me to keep up with my daily exercises at home between the sessions. Would definitely recommend!
