I saw an ad for Resolved Physio through Instagram and initially had a phone consultation with Nick. From that call I felt confident that Nick would be able to help me with my foot/ leg issue, particularly as I was going on an 11 day trek 6 weeks later. Nick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and started treatment immediately which also included exercises for me to do daily, which were reviewed and updated with each session. Sending videos of the exercises was brilliant so I knew I was doing them correctly. As a last resort in case of issues whilst I was trekking, Nick also provided a taping solution for my foot, to take the pressure off the tendon and shot a video of him taping my own foot so I could practise (just in case). Needless to say I didn't need to tape my foot at all. Nick treats his patient with amazing care, is attentive to everything and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I had such a positive experience, learning a lot about where I have areas to improve, and how to tackle these whilst being mindful of the rest of my ongoing training plan and injury history. I cannot thank Daniel enough, being a runner who has suffered with shin splints for years I never thought a) I would be rid of the dreaded pain, or b)I'd ever be able to train to run a marathon. However Daniel's skills and knowledge changed this, he built my confidence as a runner and helped me to believe hard things are possible. Being able to run distances of 32km pain free meant everything to me. It is clear that Daniel is passionate about restoring his clients to performance. He is patient in his approach and is very client centred. I would highly recommend his services.
