Great. Staff professional and friendly.

Exceptional hospital and exceptional care. The nursing care is truly excellent, very attentive. The consultants, our surgeon who performed the MIDCAP Surgery was outstanding. He explained everything to us prior to surgery. He instilled confidence and I did not feel worried at all.

Very pleasing in all aspects

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.
