Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Great clinic, easy to access and park. The staff are friendly and professional , the premises are clean and spacious and the nurses have a fantastic manner with the children .

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.
