Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Fantastic experience. I was looked after superbly by all the staff at Chelsfield Park Hospital. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The facilities were perfect and i was never kept waiting. Thank you.
