I am a very anxious patient generally, due to personal and family health history reasons. I had been unable to have a normal smear test, which caused great pain with the Nurse practitioner and GP at my Surgery, due to being post menopausal and my anxiety. Mr Griffiths gave my case considerable thought and came up with a compromise suggestion to avoid a smear under anaesthetic. He explained it fully to me and he succeeded in carrying out a smear test under sedation. He was kind and solicitous. I was most grateful and relieved- also that it came back negative.

Mr Nath explained the risks and benefits of robotic surgery very comprehensively. More importantly, from my experience, he is an extremely competent surgeon in a very important emerging field. My post op recovery was very much faster than that of people I know who had a conventional procedure. His PA is also brilliant, making it easy to deal with any issues which arise such as queries from insurers. A great team.

Mr Charlesworth is a wonderfully talented surgeon who is at the top of his professional career in urology. Nothing is too much trouble and his focus on patient wellbeing and excellent clinical outcomes is paramount. A very reassuring and caring doctor; as a patient you could not wish for more. Thank you for your skills and dedication.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Mr Parnham was extremely attentive to ensuring that I understood the care I was receiving and ensured he was accessible at all times for any further questions.

From my very first appointment Mr Miligkos made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain everything and listened to everything I was concerned about. After my my op he was so lovely he came to see me the morning after to explain how it all went and then came back again in the evening to check on me and was more then happy to go over it all again and answer my questions. At my 6 week check up he again took the time to listen and go over everything including my histology. I wouldn't hesitate to see Mr Miligkos again should any future issues arise.

Attended a first appointment for robotic assisted prostate surgery with Mr Calleja yesterday and he was extremely professional, deeply knowledgeable and very courteous. He empathically and attentively listened to all my concerns, very carefully explained the procedure, pre / post treatment process, the percentage risks and the aftercare support I will be receiving. Mr Calleja answered all my many questions and also kindly gave me the opportunity to schedule a further appointment to ask more questions I may have going forward. My husband and I left the appointment with Mr Calleja feeling very confident I am in excellent expert hands.

Mr Hussain was very clear in his diagnosis and treatment. I would have liked to have seen him more in the hospital/day of discharge.

Mr Elnasharty explained everything in detail. He's endeavoured to help to the best of his ability. He was understanding and has explained the process he thinks may help to get me closer to the diagnosis/help I need to get my health more understood and back to being manageable. There was no pressure for investigation but the offer was there which I believe is extremely helpful.
