Very happy with the information received from The park Hospital prior to my first visit outlining costs for self funding patients. Always a warm welcome by the receptionists. The waiting area is clean and tidy.

I visit this hospital regularly every eight weeks it is always a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and all the receptionists are very helpful and polite, as are all the employees in every department. i am always dealt with promptly.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Welcoming and clean enviroment. everthing explained well. The taxi did not arrive but that was accella care not OSD that ordered that. It would have been useful to know at the begining that I could not drive away from the appointment. Also that theclinic was in Hemel Hempstead or Solihul
