Mr Hextall is very calm and knowledgable, he feels like a safe pair of hands. His explanation of the problem and the process of treatment was clear. He was attentive and available - he even took a call on a Sunday afternoon whilst away on holiday, which resulted in the swift treatment and resolution of a slight complication.

Very informative , explained everything in full to me and checked my understanding. Told me what I need to do to do before my next appointment.
