Too busy not enough time for patients arriving

Parking is horrendous but service excellent

Friendly welcome by the reception staff, waiting area was relaxed and comfortable. The procedure itself was carried out with care and the Dr was wonderful, explaining as she went along, I found that most reassuring. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

Called after I’d already set off to delay arrival time, which when travelling an hour isn’t great. On the day surgery slipped later and later, no big issue but fasting rules mean’t nothing consumed all day for an eventual 15:00 theatre slot!
