Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

I cannot recommend Dr Bayele enough. So knowledgeable about the ASD area. Direct with the issues and what support needed to be put into place. Kind when listening. Organised and efficient with the appointments and her correspondence. And generous with her time. I have worked in the ASD field for nearly twenty years, and was incredibly nervous going through the process with my daughter. Dr Bayele listened and supported the whole family better than I could have hoped. You will not regret your time with Dr Bayele. Thank you!

Dr Crespi was really brilliant. My daughter Ellie felt totally at ease with him and was comfortable talking about her health issues. He really listened and seemed very interested in everything we said. He was excellent at explaining things to Ellie and gave some great advice.

Fast, efficient appointment. Good, detailed explanations were given, and a lot of potential solutions were given, without me felling pressured to pick any.

Took the time and really listened to my daughter, who was obviously nervous. Made every effort to put her at ease. Friendly and knowledgeable. Considered the whole patient including mental health and impact on the presenting condition. I wish all our visits to the docs were like this.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My daughter really likes him - which, when considering a chronic illness, is actually vital.
