A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. Very professional and showed empathy

I was in a lot of pain due to a very bad ear infection and busted eardrum was kept awake due to the pain but once had the operation it’s changed my life back to normal way no pain and was able to sleep with out hearing buzzing noise in my head so if you need to have this operation make sure that you get it done
