There is great professionalism in this group of Doctors. They listen carefully to the problems and leave nothing to chance. Extremely friendly and helpful.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.
