Great staff, facilities and care

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

Every member of the team was a delight to deal with - from sonographers to nurses and receptionists. Pre and post appointment care was impressive - from bookings to proactive calls to check in post-op.

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.
