Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Very pleasing in all aspects

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!

Lovely staff, very well cared for

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
