Dr Gurunathan was professional, yet warm throughout our meetings and interactions. He took his time and clearly took my concerns seriously, which in turn was reassuring to me. He explained things clearly and was open to answering questions that I raised.

He took time to explain the heart monitor result in a way we could understand. And he explained the treatment of a pacemaker in such a way that it didn’t sound a frightening thing to have done. He also answered my question on the MRI result and what we could do about it. He was very patient. Absolutely excellent.
