Very friendly and informative

The appointments ran smoothly and were always on time.

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!

Great clinic. The whole experience was SO much better than my previous cycle elsewhere! Mr Jones is such a wonderful doctor - I know I am in the best hands! Also Liz, one of the ladies who does the scans, and all the nurses are all brilliant!

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.
