A good overall experience

Dr. Marília was very considerate. She listened to me, took time to explain the condition and the treatment. She also wrote a letter to my University explaining what happened to me the past months. As a psychiatric patient, attention and time is essential in an appointment, and Dr. Marília gives you that. Highly recommend her.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Lorraine was very clear & professional and also very kind. I feel I have greatly benefitted from seeing her.

Dr Kuloor has been incredibly kind and supportive from the outset. Initially, I was quite anxious and apprehensive about starting this journey, but Dr. Kuloor quickly put me at ease, taking the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt reassured. His knowledge, patience and empathy has made such a significant difference to me as I begin treatment.

Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.

I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support. Greg is personable, insightful, respectful and professional whilst having a great sense of humour which is really appreciated during delicate and difficult conversations. I would highly recommend Greg.
