Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
