The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Overall my experience has been perfect and i couldn't wish for any better, Especially considering the taking on of LTC patients. Which i am one of. Everyone was very reassuring and explained the changes currently occurring.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.
