I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Dr Sethi is by far the best experience i had when it comes to doctor and i am very happy that it was for such an important procedure. He was always very caring and provided all important informations and answered all the different questions i had before and after the surgery.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!
