The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.
