In my appointment he not only listened but also made me feel truly heard and validated, responded in a very timely manner to my emails, took the time to write a very detailed follow up letter with clear actions, and conveys a genuine desire to get to the root of my complex medical issues.

Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.

I visited Dr Bernath after several years of a progressively worsening sleep problem (exceptionally early rising). I was coming to the end of a period of online CBT and sleep restriction therapy recommended by my GP which had been ineffective and left me more exhausted than before I started. Dr Bernath diagnosed my problem after just a few minutes, explained clearly the background to my issues and suggested a solution. Whilst the consultation was only 2 days ago and it is too early to comment on the solution the clear explanation of the background to my problem has allowed me to manage my sleep around the condition and the understanding of what is going on has already alleviated much of the anxiety around my sleep.

I feel totally confident in Dr Al Memar’s decisions and diagnosis. He is kind and thoughtful beyond measure, and my friend who often accompanies me (she’s a rheumatology consultant) says he is excellent. I have been seeing him over many weeks with a complex case and he perseveres and makes good decisions.
