Always a good experience at HCA and the Wellington Hospital. Staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

Initial customer service was great, but when we had an issue with booking, 3 phone calls later with promises of returned calls failed adding unnecessary stress to an unpleasant situation.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

my experience at the princess grace hospital was first class with friendlly and efficient staff always on call i would not hesitate to recomend the hospital to anyone.

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.
