Had rotator cuff repair under the care of Prof Imam and all is very very well. For the first time in years, I can sleep on my right side. Can not fault the service I had. Absolutely excellent. I was very impressed with everyone.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

Easy to park, short walk and nice welcome.

Generally very good. Some staff wonderful and welcoming, others looked right through you — 50/50.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

I attended the Wonersh clinic with chronic pain and stiffness in my right hip. The treatment that Waqaar gave was extremely helpful and I appreciated the care and attention he gave. My symptoms have since eased considerably and I'd have no hesitation in approaching Bevan Wilson again should I experience further difficulties.

Excellent experience with everyone. Had ligament repair in my elbow. It all went well. Prof Imam and the team were excellent. The after care was good. All went well. The doctor in runneymed hospital was very good.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.
