On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Wonderful, as expected.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Outstanding facilities

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.
