I have been seeing Giulia post surgery and she massively helped me over the past couple of months. She mainly used fascial release techniques and worked on the scars I have. The result is remarkable. I am not experiencing the pain I used to and I am really grateful I found her.

I had an extremely positive experience with Mr Sadek and his practice from start to end. I visited him for severe lower back pain, I was seen after one day and within one week I had an MRI scan done, reviewed, and a diagnosis. I appreciated the empathy and the thorough explanations which reassured me as a patient, generated understanding of my next steps, set my recovery expectations, and clarified what I have to do to get there. A special thanks to Mr Sadek super efficient and polite assistant Maryam who behind the scenes managed the process so that is was swift and as easy as possible for me.

Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Dr Ray came recommended from another mum and after seeing 3 different GP’s that kept telling me to not worry when I knew my 5 year old needed some help, I knew it was time to take things further. I felt seen and heard by Dr Ray. She has a very friendly approach both with the parents as well as children, is a great listener, clearly great at what she does and it was a lovely experience from beginning to end. I will not go elsewhere from now on when it comes to my son.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

I’ve had excellent care under Dr Gulati. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. After my operation I had complications but Mr Gulati helped me through and sorted it all out

Professional, Dedicated & Knowledgable I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back. Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments. Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.
