Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

From the initial consultation to post op check up, everything was very good. Highly recommended.

The facilities are great, and the clinic uses a digital platform to facilitate the communication and follow-up exercises. I definitely recommend it.

I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem.
