Professional, Dedicated & Knowledgable I have been having treatment at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions for several weeks for an injured lower back. Firas has been my specialist throughout my treatment, and I have felt and seen a significant improvement since seeing him. Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments. Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Bruno was brilliant. Went above and beyond to help me, will be coming back to see him for sure. Second time I’ve been to this physio and came back as my first experience with Jessica was so good. Outstanding physios.
