Postive , professional experience with clear communication

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

It was the first time I experienced a private hospital and it was a good experience (and made me wish I was a private patient, and living in London).

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

I contacted Dementech Neurosciences regarding my son who was suffering from a neurological disorder. His condition worsened and he was developing new symptoms. I as a parent wanted help and a diagnosis for my son. Dementech Neurosciences was recommended by a family member, I was so glad of the recommendation as they were amazing. Josephine who I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really nice really understanding actually listened to me and advised me what to do. I was seen by Dr Oliver Bernath a neurologist at the hospital who was really nice he observed my son and gave us a diagnosis which actually took a load of weight off me, and gave me good reassurance and advised me for what to do and how my son to recover. I am really thankful for the quick response from the hospital and the staff.

Highly recommend - felt like I was listened too and a through check completed of my daughter. Left feeling more knowledgeable and reassured than when we came in. Thank you

Overall - great

Efficient welcome and reception , before guidance to waiting area. I was seen within a short time of my arrival. The nursing and reception staff were helpful and welcoming.The provision of refreshments was very welcome.
