It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

Quick and efficient staff.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

I was amazed how accommodating the team were. I took both my kids over for an assessment. The professionals were really pleasant to work with and my kids were at ease straight away. The report after the assessment was thorough and I've been using it at different stages of my children's education. Without the report, I wouldn't have got the support my children needed at the school. My daughter suffers from selective mutism and my youngest has downs syndrome. If I ever needed this type of service, I will always go back to them. I highly recommend Unlocking Language
