Professor Brookes’s diagnosis of what my very unusual problem could be and explanation of what he intended to do about it, gave me full confidence in him, from the outset. I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

I have found David to be efficient, highly knowledgable, caring and professional. I have just had my second TKR (sadly at 52) having waited four years since the last one.
