Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

After an awful experience losing my hearing in my left ear due to a previous failed surgery, and a battle with the NHS to get a cochlear implant, I eventually contacted Joe. This wasn’t easy due to being scared to have any more ear surgery. Joe has understood this and given me all of his attention throughout the process. We didn’t rush in. His care has been amazing. Not just prior to surgery, but also post surgery - keeping in touch. Other surgeons should take a leaf out of his book. I can’t recommend him enough. The day of the surgery he did his best to make me calm. And gave me all the attention I needed. It’s early days on the CI journey and I’ve had some balance issues and need to adjust to the new digital hearing. But I cant recommend him enough.

From the first moment I met Mr Nikkhah I felt he was completely vested in me and my outcome. He was such a kind, friendly person and made me felt very comfortable in the operation I was about to undertake. He constantly kept in touch making sure I knew everything I needed to know.
