Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to identify the cause and required treatment incredibly quickly based on their experience.

Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

I cannot fault the process of becoming a live in carer, with Curam, all the Curam team have been easy to contact, & they always get back in touch, & advise with more information, if required, extremely helpful, I would tell anyone looking for work as a live in carer to contact the Curam team.

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and toilets. Good parking available.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
