My overall experience was very positive.

I recently had a laproscopic hysterectomy and was very happy with the explanation of the procedure and the recommendation. The operation went well and I'm more than happy with the outcome and post-surgery follow up.

I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

Mr Brinkmann made me feel really comfortable and listened to what I wanted to explain. He made sure I understood his advice in detail as well as making sure I got all the advice I needed, thank you.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Made me feel at ease. Didn’t minimise my issues. Explained all options available to me.

Miss Fraser was very approachable would answer my numerous questions. She listened to me with kindness and understanding. Could not ask for anything more.

It was an absolute pleasure to be seen by the lovely Miss Reid. She makes you feel completely at ease & clearly explains everything whilst examining. She is a highly competent gynaecologist who I would highly recommend.
