I cannot fault my experience, very thorough investigation, quickly seen,very informative about the procedure. Friendly approach, made sure I understood everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

Mr Charalambous has been kind and patient with me. He saw me as human and treated me with dignity. He explained every step of the way and has been a great support.

Full explanation of procedure given, possible set backs discussed. Operation went well and I was able to walk next day (under supervision).

Dr. Shablahidis was very knowledgeable about my condition, explained about treatment options. He performs a lot of complex joint replacement surgeries, therefore I chose him. I had a lot of questions, but he dedicate more than half an hour to me and explained everything in great detailed, showed some bone models in the clinic to get better idea what is going on with my joint. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopaedic consultation or surgery!!

Mr Nathwani explained the procedure clearly to me, listened carefully to my questions, and answered all my concerns with patience and good humour. He outlined what I could expect and delivered on all accounts. The procedure went very smoothly, and recovery is well on schedule with his recommended physiotherapist.

Dr Manoukian was very attentive and listened to my child carefully. He not only took on board the the reason we visited but also the physiological impact any outcome would have on my child. He was very caring and considerate and offered plenty of advice with reasoning.

Mr Aston explained clearly the treatment, the risks and was able to answer my questions. I would have liked to have had more time to ask questions digest the answers before and after the surgery (on the day).

Good experience and would go back, hopefully not too soon though
