My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Dr Khalid was professional and personal understanding not just the complaint but a little about the cause. I felt i had time but the time was equally not wasted. I have had private medical care all my life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. He runs late, he goes off on tangents, doesn’t concentrate on what he is being asked by the referring doctor but worst of all you are conned into a second appointment to supposedly get the results that he was going to look into and unsurprisingly he has forgotten to do so! He is the most expensive consultant I have ever come across by a long way.
