Excellent in every respect. Only visited for a short outpatient appointment.

It provided excellent patient care.

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Just great service

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
