The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

Professor Zoe explained everything very thoroughly and in great amount of depth.

Dr Lobo was incredibly professional, knowledgable and informative. She explained in great detail how to manage the aftercare. I was also very impressed on how her approachable she was in the consultation.

The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. My consultations never felt rushed and I got the impression he really cares for his patients. Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to.
