Incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to identify the cause and required treatment incredibly quickly based on their experience.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

Found the pre-session questionnaire was great for giving an overview of my health and it was all very user friendly.

They provided a top-notch service! Very helpful and very informative. Everybody was so nice and explained the results carefully and in terms that I could easily understand.

Incredible quick and precise

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

Lost complete faith in this service. No communication between staff and no continuity of care.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nathalia Barreto. She was very professional, attentive and she was able to explain everything I needed in details in a way that made feel comfortable and reassured. I definitely recommend the clinic and Dr Nathalia and I will be using their services again.
