Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Very calm environment and friendly administration and welcome staff. All was explained clearly.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
