Always a good experience at HCA and the Wellington Hospital. Staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

my experience at the princess grace hospital was first class with friendlly and efficient staff always on call i would not hesitate to recomend the hospital to anyone.

Everything went smoothly - from pre-appointment registration to ultrasound and check up on the day.

I found the experience very good indeed.

Initial customer service was great, but when we had an issue with booking, 3 phone calls later with promises of returned calls failed adding unnecessary stress to an unpleasant situation.
