A very pleasant place with helpful staff.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

The booking is easy and quick. Next day I've got a call to confirm my booking followed by an email with the details of my booking. Just brilliant. Thank you.

I was fully informed of all procedures. All staff were polite and friendly, and the entire process was carried out easily and within delays.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Postive , professional experience with clear communication

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.
